Black Iron Inc.

Black Iron Inc. is a Canada-based iron ore development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of ferrous metals in Ukraine, namely the Shymanivske project located in Kryvyi Rih, Dnepropetrovsk Region, Ukraine. The Company operates through the development of its Ukrainian mining and exploration permits segment. The Company holds an interest in a mining permit that covers an area of approximately 2.56 square kilometers and comprises the Shymanivske project. The Shymanivske project includes iron ore deposit. It is located approximately 330 kilometers southeast from Kiev in central Ukraine. The mine site is located approximately eight kilometers from the city of Kryvyi Rih. The Company's subsidiaries include Black Iron (Cyprus) Ltd. and Shymanivske Steel LLC.

Mason Graphite Inc.

Mason Graphite is a Canadian mining company focused on the exploration and development of one of the highest-grade graphite deposits in the world. Its 100% owned Lac Guéret graphite property is located in northeastern Québec near the city of Baie Comeau and currently hosts a NI 43-101 compliant Measured & Indicated mineral resource of 7.6 million tonnes grading 20.4% Cg (carbon as graphite). Tremendous exploration potential exists on the property with the current mineral resource representing only 17% of one of the well-defined zones. By the end of 2015, the Company intends to have developed the Lac Guéret project into Canada’s highest-grade graphite producer. Mason Graphite is led by Benoit Gascon, CA CMA, who has held 20 years of executive positions at Timcal (Imerys), which is currently the largest producer of graphite in the world.
